We live in a daily rush without realizing how disconnected we are from our breath and the present moment; increasing levels of anxiety, depression, anger, and other negative emotions that impact our personal and professional lives, decreasing our performance and sometimes setting us up for failure.

The philosophy behind the BMB Flow is to create mindfulness through the connection of our breath, mind and body. When we are present during movement, it improves our performance during workouts and other type of training and it drives us to incredible results. Synchronizing our mind and body with our breath is powerful.
