I am a fitness, health, & wellness coach with over 9 years of experience supporting my clients in finding their strength within themselves. I’m an adept motivator that will help you to create a healthy lifestyle, attain your goals and drive amazing personal results.

It all started at the age of 15 when I made the decision to join the gym to increase my self-confidence. I searched, learned and created my own training program that led me to achieve great results; changing my body composition completely and increasing my self-confidence. This encouraged me to pursue higher personal and professional goals: I obtained my Mechanical Engineering Degree and worked in the oil industry in one of the most recognized oil services companies in both Venezuela and Angola.

Working in the oil field in the middle of nowhere (onshore and offshore) was a challenge, but being consistent with my fitness helped me to overcome the obstacles that I faced during my career. In my second year in the field I discovered the benefits of  yoga and meditation. I was looking for new alternatives to work my body since I didn’t have access to a gym during my shift rotation. I started my yoga practice and meditation through YouTube videos which helped me to also overcome problems sleeping caused by long hours of hard work without proper sleep.

Combining my yoga practice with other body weight functional movements and running at sunrise and sunset  helped me to develop an inner calm and strength in the field.

After 8 years working as an Engineer I moved to New York City and I decided that it was time to take my fitness journey to the next level. I started my career as a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor, creating a positive impact for the people around me, helping them to find their inner and outer strength so that they are able to live and move with strength and confidence achieving amazing results in their personal and professional lives.
