Breath, mind and body will flow together during every session (Personal Training / Yoga). We will start with few minutes of breath work creating awareness in the present moment and aligning mind and body for an optimal performance during the movement which include core activation and dynamic warm up prior to the strength, ending with cool down and meditation.
