BIO

I am a NSAM Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor with over 6 years of experience in fitness and wellness. I was born and raised in Venezuela and my passion for fitness began at the age of 15 when I took the decision to join the gym to increase my self-confidence. I searched, learned and created my own training program that leaded into achieving great results changing completely my body composition and increasing my self-confidence which encouraged me to pursue higher personal and professional goals obtaining my Mechanical Engineering Degree and working in the oil field one of the most recognized Oil Services company in Venezuela and Angola. After 8 years in the Oil field I moved to NY and I decided that it was time to take my fitness journey to the next level starting my career as Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor. Working in the oil field in the middle of nowhere (onshore and offshore) was challenge but being on track with my fitness helped me always to overcome the obstacles I faced during my career. On my 2 year in the field I discovered the benefits of the yoga and meditation during a time where I was going trough insomnia. Combining my yoga practice with other body weight functional movements and runs at a sunrise and sunset-time helped me develop an inner calm and strength.
